To amplify our digital footprint and engage stakeholders effectively, NME seeks a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online growth strategies. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns that elevate NME’s visibility, drive user acquisition, and foster lasting connections within the mining sector.
The Digital Marketer will leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with NME’s mission and delivering measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy to boost NME’s online presence, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, from segmentation and automation to performance analysis, to nurture leads and retain stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot, providing actionable insights and ROI reports to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation across channels and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven marketing tools) to maintain competitive edge.
- Test and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and stakeholder experience.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, mining, tech, or industrial sectors.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive digital content tailored to technical and industry-specific audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with strategic prioritization.
- Knowledge of the mining sector or willingness to rapidly learn industry dynamics is a plus.
